Customer Demands R50,000 Refund from Gogo Skhotheni Over Failed Order
A disgruntled customer has come forward demanding a refund of R50,000 from well-known traditional healer and reality TV star, Gogo Skhotheni. The demand stems from a failed transaction involving a spiritual service known as Isgubhu Semali.
According to the customer, the large sum was paid in full to Gogo Skhotheni in exchange for the spiritual offering, which is believed to bring financial prosperity and open doors to wealth. However, the customer alleges that despite numerous promises, Gogo Skhotheni has failed to deliver the agreed-upon service and is now refusing to issue a refund.
“I trusted her and believed in her abilities,” the customer stated. “But now I feel cheated. She hasn’t delivered what I paid for, and she’s completely ignoring my calls for a refund.”
The incident has sparked outrage on social media, where many followers have weighed in, some expressing disappointment while others have defended Gogo Skhotheni, urging patience and understanding.

Gogo Skhotheni, whose real name is Tumi Motsoeneng, rose to fame through her spiritual work and appearances on television. She has yet to make an official statement regarding the allegations, despite mounting pressure to address the issue publicly.
This is not the first time a public figure in the spiritual and traditional healing space has faced such accusations, raising questions about regulation and accountability within the industry.
As the story unfolds, the customer says they are prepared to take legal action if the matter is not resolved amicably. “This is not just about the money,” they said. “It’s about principle and protecting others from falling into the same trap.”
