Slap chips and a chocolate. These are the food things perhaps bound with poison that EFF MP Kenny Motsamai’s embraced little girl Lindokuhle Makotshi was purportedly given in the wake of being assaulted.
Motsamai told TimesLIVE his 14-year-old girl was assaulted on Monday evening by a 25-year-elderly person who lives in Katlehong. Here the girl lived with her sister and grandma. Motsamai and his significant other live in Sebokeng.
Public Prosecuting Authority (NPA) representative Phindi Mjonondwane affirmed that a suspect was captured regarding the assault and showed up in court on Wednesday.
A homicide accusation will currently be added on the grounds that the casualty was as yet alive when the suspect made his most memorable court appearance. The arraignment had not been informed the casualty was purportedly harmed.
The case was deferred for a proper bail application.
