In recent weeks, Miss South Africa finalist Chidimma Adetshina has become the focal point of a growing controversy that has captured significant media and public attention. The issue revolves around allegations and debates about her eligibility to participate in the Miss South Africa competition.

The controversy ignited when old social media posts by Adetshina resurfaced, leading to increased scrutiny. As the Miss SA finale approaches, more negative information about Adetshina and her family has emerged.

Social media investigators and influencers, including Kwena Molekwa, have delved into Adetshina’s background, uncovering alleged family secrets and discrepancies in her public statements.

Recent claims suggest that Adetshina’s father is involved in dangerous criminal activities, including drug dealing and human trafficking. Additionally, it has been alleged that Adetshina misrepresented her origins by claiming to have been born and raised in Soweto, when in fact, acquaintances have stated that she is from Cape Town, specifically Summergreens.

One source clarified, “Chidimma Adetshina is actually from Cape Town. Her cousin Lerato, who grew up in Soweto and can speak Sotho, was raised by Chidimma’s mother after her own mother passed away. We live in the same area, Summergreens.”

Further claims suggest that Adetshina’s family is known for hosting elaborate Igwe-style parties. There are also allegations regarding her ex-husband, who is purported to organize exclusive underground parties and is said to have met Adetshina when she worked as a bottle girl at Saint Lodge Night Club in Cape Town. He is reportedly involved in Johannesburg’s nightlife scene.

Additionally, it has been revealed that Adetshina graduated from Bosmansdam High School in 2018 and attended the Universal Church. Contrary to initial reports, her mother is not of Zulu descent but is a Mozambican national with questionable South African citizenship status.
