Robertsons Fish Spice15 g
Cake flour75 g
Hake fillets1.50 kg
Sunflower oil100 ml
Butter100 g
Robertsons Chip & Potato Seasoning 12 g
Robertsons Veggie Seasoning 5 g
Sweet potato chips (deep fry as per packaging instructions)1.20 kg
Baby marrows (shaved into ribbons)1 kg
Preparation Method
Mix the Robertsons Fish Spice, cake flour and and dust the fish on each side.
Heat the pan and add half the oil and half the butter. Fry fish in the pan for 2-3 min on each side. Add the rest of the oil and butter and fry fish until golden and cooked.
Season the cooked sweet potato chips with the Robertsons Chip & Potato Seasoning.
Dry fry the baby marrow until soft and sprinkle with Robertsons Veggie Seasoning.
Serve the pan-fried fish with sweet potato chips and baby marrow ribbons.
